Employment Consultancy
The firm offers all-round, efficient assistance in the management of subordinate and para-subordinate employment relationships, from close examination of contracts to the preparation of contracts, the processing of pay slips and contributions to the management of labour, pension and tax litigation.

    Commencement of the employment relationship and contract documents
    Assistance at the start of the employment relationship, identifying the best contracts available to pursue the company’s objectives. Assessment of the possibility of making recourse to the hiring of individuals for whom the government provides incentives such as tax credits.
    Assistance in the definition of training plans for personnel hired as apprentices.

    Processing of pay slips and contributions
    These activities are coordinated by experts and personnel with more than twenty years of experience, also using modern management systems (Zucchetti S.p.A.) able to interface with the attendance recording or business management systems already used by the Client companies.
    Delivery of the documents directly to the Client’s premises, or through secure connection to our portal, with obvious savings in terms of time and money.

    Insolvency proceedings and management of company crises
    Management of company reorganization, pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings.
    Management of activities related to temporary unemployment (C.I.G.O), extraordinary unemployment (C.I.G.S.), exceptional lay-off according to the provisions of the regulations applied by the different regions.
    Staff reduction and collective redundancy procedures.

    Social security and welfare consultancy
    Reconstruction of the social security and welfare contributions paid for free-lance workers and employees.
    Adjustments, credits for incomplete or missing periods.
    Presentation of retirement documentation, also in collaboration with a “Patronato” (Pension Advisory Service Institution) which has been our partner for some 20 years.
